These Terms of Use govern your use of The Cask iOS application and website. By using The Cask, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use The Cask. The Cask provides educational content and does not encourage excessive consumption of alcohol.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use The Cask on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

3. Purchases

The Cask is sold for a one-time price of $9.99 (or local equivalent) through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policies.

4. Content

All content within The Cask, including text, imagery and lesson structure, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or resell our content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the app, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The Cask is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of The Cask.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
